July 21th-26th CatholicTV will air “Rosary Stars” which features young-adult celebrities praying and reflecting upon the Rosary. “Rosary Stars: Praying the Gospel” features champion athletes, actors, film directors, TV hosts, recording stars, authors and lecturers who emphasize the power of daily prayer of the Rosary and encourage viewers to live the Mysteries of the Rosary daily.
“Rosary Stars” will air this video at these times (Eastern): Tuesday, July 21 at 11:30AM; Wednesday, July 22 at 5AM; Friday, July 24 at 8AM; and Sunday, July 26 at 10:30PM.
21 celebrities emphasize the power of the Rosary and encourage viewers to live the Mysteries of the Rosary daily. The series is designed to promote a better understanding and appreciation of the Rosary and the Mysteries, especially among teenagers, young adults and families.
This uplifting series features such stars as World Series pitcher Jeff Suppan; five-time Major League All-Star Mike Sweeney; actor Matthew Marsden (Rambo and the upcoming Transformer sequel Revenge of the Fallen); actress Jessica Rey (NBC's Las Vegas, Power Rangers and a guest on CatholicTV's This is the Day), TV host Matt Gallant (Animal Planet’s The Planet’s Funniest Animals); humanitarian, author and Rwandan genocide survivor Immaculée Ilibagiza; and former Miss America Ali Landry.
“Rosary Stars: Praying the Gospel” is a produced by Family Theater Productions.
