All month long, the Catholic Network will broadcast masses, special events and the weekly general audience with Benedict XVI and other celebrations of the Catholic faith from around the universal church.
- Friday, January 1, 2010: New Year's Day, January 1, 2010 at noon and 8 p.m.: Mass of the Solemnity of Mary the Mother of God. New Year’s Day will also mark the 43rd World Day of Peace originally introduced by Pope Paul VI.
- Sunday, January 10, 2010: Mass of The Baptism of the Lord from the Sistine Chapel with Pope Benedict XVI.
- Sunday, January 17, 2010: Papal Visit to The Synagogue of Rome
- Friday, January 22, 2010 (March for Life coverage): 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Mass celebrated by Washington Archbishop Donald W. Wuerl with bishops and priests from around the nation.
Noon and 8:00 p.m.: Knights of Columbus’ Guadalupe Festival from Glendale, Arizona. The festival includes footage of talks by Carl Anderson, music by Mexican pop star Alexander Acha, and a procession featuring the only relic in the U.S. of the actual tilma of Juan Diego.
